The anti-hero
Great heroes are not short of iconic. These are very common and well known. Spider-Man, Captain America, Superman Similar and other tried and true, and True Blue, and all other good things. And that is fine and well, we need it. But somewhere along the way which a person has decided also need some kind of hero darker. An anti-hero if you want.
Who was the first superhero is a subject that it will be discussed, but I think it is fair to say that the first anti-hero instead been Batman for DC Comics. Although not not as much an anti-hero, for example, Marvel The Punisher is certainly no ball of sun and Happy-Go-Lucky is. He has the moral boundaries, unlike many anti-hero, but leans more towards the dark side of the spectrum than their contemporaries in the nature of truth and justice.
The aforementioned Marvel Comics The Punisher is probably more appropriate example of an anti-hero. He does what he does to justice, but it is also revenge. And, unlike Batman has no limits. Willingly kill and torture those it considers worthy of its brand of justice and not remorse for her. This is a step to becoming what he despises, but still plays for the side of angels and all the fans as well.
So what defines an anti-hero, then? Is it fair to have a more dark character, or a dark vision of life? Perhaps, but in general are as lonely does not care about public perception or personal behavior or character. They do what they want when they want, provided they meet their goals and feel good. They do not take shit from anyone and meet everybody, and it will have won a loyal following of rebels who are tired to live their lives of others. Wonder Woman killed today as it sees fit, Iron Man imprisons its own peers and creates a clone of Thor that kills a hero, and the list continues. The dark side of Superman, Spider-Man and Captain America have been, and Reed Richards of the Fantastic Four has proved to be a selfish asshole sometimes.
There are heroes, and are not anti-hero, but the line is so blurred these days that it would be difficult to differentiate.

Why do people think 'Batman' as a super-hero?
A super-hero, I supposed to have superpowers. He is a guy with a great variety of accessories. We do not like super heroes 007, why consider Batman as a superhero? All the heroes without super powers should not be called heroes. They are the heroes. Ironman, but I think it has great power to meet demand.
