What is the action figure ship in a new hope (star wars IV) that Luke plays with about 20 minutes in?

19-20 minutes in he plays with this action figure of a ship while C-3PO gets an oil bath. What is that ship?

It is not an Imperial Shuttle although it does look almost identical to it. He is playing with a toy version of the T-16 Skyhopper. Here is a bit of the description given for this at the data banks of starwars.com:

"Although plans were drawn up to build a full-size skyhopper for A New Hope, budgetary constraints resulted in only a partial construct built for the Lars homestead garage sequences. Luke's damaged airspeeder can be glimpsed in the opening behind the droid oil bath. Also, actor Mark Hamill plays with the very concept model that Colin Cantwell built of the T-16 during this scene."

There are only two things that really separate the two ... the Imperial Shuttle has wings that fold up on landing the T-16 doesn't ... this is one that can't be seen in ep IV ... the other difference can be seen in ep IV ... the Imperial Shuttle has two "square" Ion Engines in the rear of the craft ... the T-16 only has one "circle" shaped Ion Engine in the rear of the craft.
